The Stages Of Mourning

In no particular order we all go through:
Shock, Denial, Blame, Bargaining, and Acceptance.
I had a few of those tonight.
I didn't notice it, but apparently my much trusted assistant manager has been stealing in various ways. Its obvious, and hurtful. Why would someone steal from someone's store that trusted them? Someone you talk to on a friendly basis every day for years? What would motivate you? I could never do that. I'm not like that. I can't imagine it.
